You should go to see a medical practitioner for evaluation, there are different things that could cause multiple lumps and it is by comprehensive evaluation that you could get appropriate management.

See your doc at your earliest convenience as it appears that the lumps or nodules seem to be spreading and growing. A systemic disease will have to be ruled out and proper treatment started.
