See below:: I believe you need to get nerve conduction study testing due to the new symptoms. Till diagnosed continue with a brace and whichever pain meds you doc thinks you need. You might benefit from a consultation with a neurologist. Have your symptoms started after the breast surgery?

Wrist pain: Hand weakness and pain/skin hypersensitivity raises concern for peripheral compressive neuropathy (carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndromes), sympathetic nervous system dysfunction, and cervical radiculopathy. I would touch base with your treating orthopedist to discuss the new onset of symptoms.
