Today my wife was sitting on sofas edge and after some time she felt little pain so she saw black and blue area on her leg it was little paining it was looking like blood has collected in that area just like black and blue area appears after injury?

It's uncommon to have ecchymosis (black and blue area on the skin) by sitting at the sofa edge. She can observe that lesion for now. If that occurs again anywhere else or if there is unusual bleeding while brushing her teeth, she should see a doctor right away to rule out coagulopathy.
