I had a cervicovaginal swab for sti screening and i was negative. but it was shown that i was positive or + for epithelial cells and pus cells and i also observe some discomfort down there but symptoms arent felt all throughout the day?

Did STI testing include trichomonas and Mycoplasma genitalium? You also could have yeast infection, or still other infections in addition. The nature of your "discomfort" and "symptoms" also may give a clue. Keep working with your doctor or clinic. Good luck.
