All findings must be placed in the proper clinical context - you should discuss these findings with the doctor who ordered the test for you. What was the reason for the abdominal ultrasound? An elevated creatinine can have multiple causes ranging from dehydration to large muscle mass to renal failure. This can be nothing or it can be something. See your doctors who ordered the testing.
