Steroid psychosis is a well known phenomenon. It usually happens with oral systemic steroid treatment and is more common with higher doses. Local steroid injections can also cause this psychosis.

I have seen patients become psychotic from steroids. It depends on the individual's sensitivities. Please have someone watch over you to observe your behavior.
