I have chronic hives and i'm taking hydroxyzine however, i'm also having severe allergies today and wondering if i can take anything with it that won't interact?

The only OTC anti-allergic medication you can use is nasal steroid inhaler for allergic rhinitis. Using the other OTC oral meds such as benadryl, claritin, zyrtec or allegra does not make any difference because you are already taking hydroxyzine but it can potentiate side effects. Oral steroid can be used without interaction but you need doctor's prescription.
