Varicocele is not a contraindication for sex. If it is causing symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor to ascertain if you need to have surgical treatment. Wish you good health!

Yes it is OK . majority of pt who have varicocele do not have symptoms and lead a normal life. Try wearing a good support under wear. Good luck
