The nerve in the clitoris is a little deep for you to have seriously injured it, Bruised or caused blunt trauma- yes. suggest lay off clitoral manipulation for 4-6 weeks for it to heal next time try a good lubricant, avoid gadgets and be a little gentle. You should be fine.
