What's causing my headache? happens wether i wear prescription glasses or sunglasses (different sizes). i never had this problem before until a few weeks ago. i can only wear them for short time and once i take them off i feel immediate relief?

The headaches might be related to the correction of your lenses. If they cause you to squint a lot they can be the problem. A visit to your optomitrist is in order to evaluate your prescription.
