Every once in a while after i poop, there'll be a small streak of blood. this has only happened twice in around 4 months. any idea about what it is and how to treat it??

Since you have no bowel irregularities and there is only a trace amount of very fresh blood, not mixed in with the stool & no anal or rectal pain or anal lumps it is most likely coming from an internal hemorrhoid. In any event it is consistent with a benign cause. A proctologist could easily inspect your rectum with a scope in the office if you're still concerned.
