Yes, you can get it. However, I usually advise my patients take flu shot in the second or third week of October. September is somewhat early by my point of view.

Usually get flu shot, arm usually hurts after. This year, shot in arm, some leaked out when needle withdrawn and no arm pain afterwards. Does leaking mean vaccine not deep enough or not enough quantity of vaccine? Should I have redone? Thank you!
