5 lumbar levoscoliosis, L4 -L5 disc desiccation, conus medullaris, facet and ligament flavum hypertrophy, perineum sleeve cysts. I am 48 years old, how or CAN any of this be fixed? Or is it just treatable with medication?

Explain? Mild l4-l5 facet hypertrophy. L5-s1 mild diminished signal intensity & although/annulus fissure is similar. The foramina are mildly narrowed.
