It is possible to get Covid twice within 3 months since there are different variants of the virus. Moreover, some people get relapses of the same virus pr transiently get better before worsening and then getting definitely better, particularly when taking one of the anti-viral medications. The best way to know if it's covid or another infection is to test again with both pcr and antibody tests.
