A member asked:

When i close my eyes and start to relax my forehead and left brow starts to cramp up, because it's so alarming i open my eyes and the cramping stops it doesn't happen all the time but when it does it's frightening idk what it is, if it's normal or.?

If this type of cramping is limited to only that particular muscle, we don't have to worry about any systemic or widespread neurological disorders. I think that isolated muscle goes into a mild transient irritability or spasm when it contracts & then begins to relax. We see this occurring with thumb cramping, calf cramping, for example, with certain motions also. A neurologist could reassure you.
