Hi i have a problem of hypothyroidism and my tsh level is 13 when i last checked so due to hypothyroid it's decrease platelet count in male my platelet count is 227000 when i last checked and it's this platelet count is normal?

The thyroid hormones affect all metabolic processes. I do not know why you are talking about your platelet count that looks normal. When they give you a report they usually would include the normal range so you could see what is normal for the laboratory for reference.

A platelet count of "227 k" is normal, but a TSH level of "13" needs evaluation and treatment for hypothyroidism. See an endocrinologist physician for appropriate treatment.
