Methamphetamine use of any kind or quantity will be picked up on drug tests for approximately 90 days. (plus or minus 10-15 days) Hair follicle tests can be positive for 6 months. Hydroxizine is not known to cause false positives for Meth. Ask for another test to be done or more specialized test such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
