I had breast liposuction 5 mon. ago. dr adviced to make regular massage in order to help draining lymphs. few days ago i noticed pea size lump at top-right edge of the breast where level 1 axil.nodes should be. movable, hard, 1cm, no pain. is it ok?

It is likely a reactive lymph node due to the procedure 5 months ago. You should check it a couple times a month for the size and any significant change. See doctor if it gets bigger or new one occurs. If it gets smaller by time, you can ignore it.
