In 2020 right kidney is 10.3 cm. left is 10.4cm. in 2022 right kidney is 10.6cm and left is 11.4cm. is it normal for kidney size to increase over time? r my kidney size normal? what does a silver of fluid mean on ultrasound?

Why were you getting your kidneys measured? This may just be a discrepancy between radiology reads. Ultrasound isn’t perfect for visualizing organs. I don’t know what you’re referring to regarding the fluid. Where is this located? Why are you even getting imaging? More context is required, so talk with the doc who ordered the image.
