The combination of a heterosexual exposure (i.e. a straight male partner), condom protection, and no symptoms all make syphilis exceedingly unlikely. By itself, a negative syphilis blood test at 1 month is maybe 90% reliable. But the combination of all these factors make it pretty much impossible you have syphilis. But if you feel you need a conclusively negative blood test, you need to wait 3 mo.
