It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Were you able to check your pulse rate or blood pressure during those symptoms? If so, was your pulse rate over 120/min? Anyone experiencing such palpitations warrants an evaluation to include cardiac examination,EKG,thyroid tests and wearing an.outpatient cardiac monitor for 24-48 hours or.longer monitoring if no palpitations during those 2 days. Discuss with your.MD.
