Might need to talk to help desk so that you get help in finding your account. Referrals cannot be placed on the free HealthTap platform, you will need either an urgent care virtual visit on the paid Health Tap platform or to have a visit with your HealthTap primary care doc ( if having one) that will be able to further coordinate based on your needs.
