The lesion should be evaluated and followed by your Pulmonary specialist. Certain risk factors such as smoking, family history and the appearance of the nodule are considered. Suspected Pulmonary hypertension should be evaluated with a work up including a cardiac ECHO. Pulmonary hypertension refers to higher arterial pressure typically in the vessels of the lung. This is not the same as high BP.

You have a bump from something in your postero-lateral area of you chest that is outside the pleura. Can be many things. Pulmonary hypertension means high blood pressure in the pulmonary circulation. But hard to measure BP there. Google that and look at images and it will become clear.
