34y (3d cycle): e2 38.8 pg/ml, lh 12.3 miu/ml, fsh 9.5, miu/ml, amh 3.15 ng/ml. are these numbers ok for egg retrieval? and could the e2 value be causing vaginal dryness and other low estrogen symptoms?

The AMH value suggest a good number of viable eggs, and the LH level is high, but may indicate ovulation or if you received HCG to cause ovulation, which would of course show as high. FSH is under 10, so can be reflective of increasing FSH in one's mid-thirties "34". The answer depends on whether the ultrasound shows multiple follicles, and egg retrieval is indicated.
