My right testicle has been feeling a bit sensitive since a couple of days like when i sit down it feels uncomfortable i have a small white pimple also on my scrotum it has been there for a while but it doesn't hurt when i touch it?

The white pimple is probably a sebaceous cyst. Just leave it be and observe it. Testicle sensitivity is not related to it and can be a result of many things e.g. inadvertant trauma. If there is no mass or lump in the testicle wear a support underwear. If there is or if the sensitivity persists pl see a Urologist.
