No possibility. Chlamydia is not transmitted by hand-genital contact, or by saliva. And even if somehow one of you had been infected, your immune system would have cleared the infection long ago. This is nothing to be worried about.

If the last positive test was two years ago and it was treated appropriately, it is highly unlikely that the infection has persisted undetected.
