Got hand job with saliva as lube 4yrs ago. wife tested for chlamydia 2yrs ago during parental visit(neg. result) i tested 10months ago neg. result. any chance we have infection and both are test missed and we have been ping pong over the yrs unoticed?

No possibility. Chlamydia is not transmitted by hand-genital contact, or by saliva. And even if somehow one of you had been infected, your immune system would have cleared the infection long ago. This is nothing to be worried about.

If the last positive test was two years ago and it was treated appropriately, it is highly unlikely that the infection has persisted undetected.
