Lower cholesterol.: On the one hand, it would be great if your cholesterol was lower as a general health measure. On the other hand, we could better advise if we knew your entire cholesterol profile - this wouldn’t be as bad if you have a predominance of good cholesterol (HDL) relative to bad (LDL and triglycerides).
