Is it BV based on diagnostic evaluation at vaginal examination or treatment based on you describing vaginal discharge is what I wonder. It may be that the appropriate diagnosis should be made by comprehensive evaluation and laboratory tests so you could have appropriate treatment because treating BV when you have chlamydia would not cure the problem.
