The tightness in your chest suggests bronchospasm in reaction to an environmental trigger. A form of asthma should be considered and testing is available. Keep a diary of time, duration, type of symptoms and review with your physician. A Healthtap consultation is available. Avoid smoke exposure and keep work area clean. Discuss whether a bronchodilator may be indicated.
