I have a rash under my breast from wearing a dirty bra and sweating for 4 days in a row. my doctor gave me ketoconazole but how many days before it gets better? the rash started to clear up but it's still there?

fungal rashes can be tricky to eliminate. Try to keep the area very clean and dry while treating. If the rash is still there after a week, you may need treatment with a different antifungal, potentially even an oral one. Follow up with your Dr who can repeat the exam and determine next steps.

Fungal infections may take a few days to clear. Continue the medication and keep the affected area as dry as possible. Areas of intertriginous skin are prone to such issues.
