Typically, the places that put in the rings, are best equipped to take them out. Not sure what embedded means, but if there is a more complicated procedure needed, you may need to seek a plastic surgeon to remove it without scarring.

See your primary care doc who will be able to further coordinate locally as it will likely have to be surgically removed.
