Went to er radiologist dx bowhunter syndrome and follow up with neurologist for more testing. im a nurse so im scared to work until i get the mri. today i have shooting electric in my feet like they are on fire. should i go back to er or what?

Doubt it would worthwhile to visit ER, and unlikely you would be admitted to the hospital for your concerns. Usually noted foot burning is associated with chronic peripheral neuropathy, but apparently, there has been concern regarding nerves in the neck and shoulder. Not feasible to pinpoint, but neurological intervention is indeed worthwhile. If leg weakness or urinary issue, go to ER.
