No, sinus problem should not cause those eye symptoms. Please see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible. Do not use the OTC drops any more. Take care!

Yes, get seen by an ophthalmologist as soon as possible as this could be a vision threatening problem. If you wear contact lenses, stop until you are seen. Pain, tearing and light sensitivity could be caused by many conditions, none good. Possible diagnoses include corneal ulcer, iritis, scleritis, angle closure glaucoma, etc etc.
