Is it a good idea for women in their child bearing years who have paralysis from the waist down to be taking lysteda for heavy bleeding with their higher risk of blood clots?

People with paraplegia is at at higher risk of DVT of the lower extremities so taking lysteda will for sure exacerbate the risk. You should discuss with your GYN doc for an alternative treatment such as D&C.
