It's quite rare. Usually appears as a non-healing sore or a wart-like growth. If treated promptly, always easily curable without serious surgery. Even among people with known or frequent genital HPV infection. Get prompt medical care if you develop such symptoms, otherwise nothing to worry about.

There is no clear answer as there is a higher incidence of finding HPV in cancer but there is no proven \cause and effect. Sign is a ulcer on the penis, usually the head, which painless, grows and does not heal.
