Why does my ringworm look so much worse after i shower? it looks like it's getting better and then i shower and it looks so so much worse and like it is still spreading. is it actually getting better or am i just seeing how bad it is after i shower?

Maybe just increased blood flow. Whenever the skin is inflamed, the redness is from increased blood flow to that spot. Warm water can bring still more blood flow. Your rash probably isn't worse at all. Assuming it is being treated, check back with your doctor if it doesn't clear up entirely in a few more days.
