Probably: This is probably seborrheic dermatitis but it could also be fungus, inverse psoriasis or something worse. See dermatologist to get exact answer.

Could be...: Ringworm (fungal infection), psoriasis, other.Needs exam, and perhaps dermatologist. If in doubt as to diagnosis, biopsy.
