What is described is a possible abscess in the right and left vaginal orifice. These probably involve Bartholin's glands, which secrete mucus on female arousal, and blockage of the passageway will occasionally result in abscess formation ("pus"). See your GYN physician for an exam and culture, as this may result from a vaginal infection, sexually transmitted.
