A member asked:

Can sleeping with an a/c on at night to make the room cold while sleeping cause your nose to be stuffy?

It might, especially if the filters are dirty. Check the a/c filters and exchange old filters for new ones. Another common problem is mold growing on the coils by the blower. It's moist and dark in there. Consider professionally installed internal UV lights to help mitigate the problem.
