I am not sure if your feeling is true. Too much masturbation and personal guilt could affect your stamina. There is no need for work up in your case. If possible, please consult a sex therapist. If not, get out of your room and your house, working and interact with your peers, doing volunteer works if you have extra time.

I am certain your perception of thinning of bones is wrong. Masturbation does not cause any such thing. In some countries masturbation and nocturnal emissions are considered 'harmful' They are not. Moderation in every thing is good. You do not need any testing . Eat healthy and exercise. You will be fine.
