PPPs do not occur inside the urethra. If you see a growth emerging from inside your urethra, a genital wart is most likely. See a urologist soon. Good luck.

PPP usually occur behind the head in the depression called the coronal sulcus. If near the tip, have it checked for it probably is not PPP.
