Normal frequency is the onset of menstrual bleeding every 24 to 38 days. Your cycle is longer than average and classified as infrequent period which is out of the norm or abnormal. However, the "relatively short" cycle this month is not abnormal because cycle variation can be less than or equal 9 days at your age.
