I have an itchy patch, like a spot, on my ear. i scratched and it's dry and red and hot. i do have eczema. can this be serious? how long to heal?

Hard to say: But suggest that you try hydrocortisone cream on it for about a week. If it does not improve, then see your doctor to make sure that it is not a skin cancer (yes , even at your age).
