I have sciatic pain (10 yrs) right side, nerve conduction testing normal. i live with it. now its carpal tunnel on right, nerve testing normal again. swelling in cubital area and numb middle finger. also hammer toes on right. could this be arthritis?

Not feasible to consider arthritis in absence of exam, imaging, and blood testing. You may indeed have several sites of nerve compression, and worthwhile to seek a second opinion from a local neurologist. You mentioned living with sciatica. Cannot be much fun. As anyone consider a limb length difference or a pelvic rotation or both? Piriformis syndrome can produce similar pain. A knowledgeable podiatrist should be able to help.
