I'm having sudden on again off again 100.2+ fevers with paleness and chill for 7 days now accompanied by a sereve headache and abdominal pain that has now made its way to my middle to low back that hurts so bad, what can i do for some relief?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms and especially lasting for a week warrant an evaluation. It would be prudent to see a doctor. You may take acetaminophen for pain and fever, no more than 3-4 gm in a day, no alcohol. Wish you good health!
