I have a pulse (for 10 years ) above my upper lip, l get doppler and my doctor said that theres slight dilation in superior labial artery 2mm higher than normal and he advised me to leave it , is it any danger while leaving it ??

I think your physician feels the cure would be worse than the condition. If you still have concerns, consult a vascular surgeon for evaluation & advice.
