How long can adverse side effects from magnesium oxide supplements last? i took 3 pills and 4 pills = 1,400mg. ive been have dull stomachs cramps and rumbling for three days so far?

There may be an alternative explanation for your symptoms. Magnesium oxide is not expected to cause long term symptoms. Try taking Pepto-Bismol. If that does not resolve the matter in a couple of days, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
