What could cause a sternal fracture to happen spontaneously? what do i do if it isnt healing and feels like im just getting worse? how should i be sleeping sitting up or laying down with pillow support? how much moving around should i be doing?

How do you know that you have a sternal fracture. You have asked this question multiple times without providing any evidence of fracture. Was an X-ray taken? If yes, what did it show? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
