Is it harmful that i've had 16 ct scans in the pat 2-3 years? not including regular x rays..?

You have been exposed to substantial amounts of X-Rays considering all those CT scans. MRI's obviate X-Ray exposure. No one can tell you how harmful these studies have been for you,though and it's not worthwhile dwelling.on this.
