For three years ive been taking olive leaf extract and sea moss. ive always tested negative for hiv but had symptoms. do you think these supplements made me test false negative after all these years?

Not clear to me, what value your mentioned supplements provide, and there is no proven benefit of either for health stabilization. Am not aware of any reports that either can affect HIV testing results.
